Does anybody have a current contact number or email for Clint? I used to buy a bunch of stuff from him a few years back and would love to get a hold of him.

Is his place still in Gustine, CA?

The last I was able to find out is that Clint has closed ATP and retired several years ago.

Default Whatever happened to Clint Groves?

I read the posts in which people have said where I am now and felt compelled to respond. I live at 15200 Tumbleweed Rd (PO Box 983), Weldon, California 93283. This place is so remote there's no cell phone signals, no neighbors. I like that, high desert between Lake Isabella and China Lake Naval Weapons Station. When I lost my business to bankruptcy in 2002 I realized that I had experienced severe burnout. I haven't built a model in years.

I am considering putting decal artwork mylar films onto eBay. I have all ATP, 200AD, Flight Designs, Microscale airliners, Runway 30 films, one sheet per color ready to burn silk screens or scan and convert to digital art. Would like to know if there is much interest in these, might try to sell all at $20,000 or one at a time from $50 to $500 depending upon the project.. I am also selling all my 35mm original color slides on airlinehobby.com

At age 66 I've never felt better and recently bought a barn in which to build a large N scale train layout, Louisville & Nashville circa 1955-1961.

I wish to say to Clint I really enjoyed building models with your decals! Most of them were of Eastern, American, United's "U" 1970's scheme and Western's "Bud Light" scheme. I truly enjoyed the United "U" scheme because of the colors and have a Hasegawa 727,767 and a 747-400 in that livery as well as a Sasquatch Boeing 757 kit. I think one of the best window decals I used was the 757 black window with silver frames. Thanks Clint for those decals!
